I am a scientist and counselor who believes in both medicine and nature. I homebirthed, coslept and breastfed my toddlers, and worked with the National Institutes of Health and high level military infectious disease research in DC. I am a balance of intuition and education supported by a professional drive and a down to earth nature.
As a public health practitioner, my career focus is on improving the health of women & children through research, program design, training and education, personal coaching and leading programs in maternal/ perinatal mental health & wellness including outreach and education in prenatal care, birthing and lactation as well as grief and loss.
Personally, I am an outgoing and caring mama who loves the ocean, music, traveling and sitting outside with a good book, a cup of coffee, and my amazing family.
